On your details, please tell us your job title and where you work. You can enter a phone number and staff/student number if you wish.

On organisation, please start to type the name of the organisation you work or study with. A list of matching organisations will appear, please choose one. If your organisation is not there, please contact us. Then start to type your job family. These are the official descriptions of roles in health and social care in Scotland. Please click from the list. If none apply, select 'None of these' and enter your own description in the 'Your Job Family' box.

On terms and conditions, please read the text which explains your obligations. In order to continue you have to tick the checkbox.

Registration summary shows the data you have entered. You can correct any errors using the previous button. When you are happy with the data, please type a password in the 2 boxes. Make sure they match. If you would like to join our mailing list, please tick the checkbox and then press submit.
